EuroGlassware™ offers the following Policies:
Discounts and Guest Checkout
•Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
•All damage claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery. Claims must be reported within three (3) days of delivery date.
•EuroGlassware™ will not accept freight/common carrier damage claims. All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.
•No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number and must be returned with appropriate packing material.
•Any return shipped and received back to EuroGlassware™ broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.
•Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
•Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo only.
Shipping Zones: Due to problems with international shipping, we only ship to addresses within the USA and Canada. No international orders are currently accepted and orders placed will be canceled and refunded.
All orders are packaged very securely to ensure they reach you intact. Our fees include handling for this reason. We also insure our packages on item totals of $50 or more. All items are shipped within 2 weeks of receiving your payment and order. For items that are not in stock (including backorder), we will ship your order or items from your order within 3 days after we receive our shipment. Please see below for more information on out-of-stock items.
While some items are in-stock, most are imported from our exclusive manufacturer. For items that are not in stock, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. We will try to provide weekly updates on the status of these orders.
